ONLY 44 DAYS LEFT TO GET PAID BY THE GOVERNMENT TO BUY A HOME!

The Homebuyer Tax Credit is like being paid by the government to buy a home!

SERIOUSLY! For qualified First Time Home Buyers that can be up to $8,000. For qualified non-First Time Home Buyers – up to $6,500. Escrow must be opened by April 30 and must close by June 30, 2010.

What can $6,500 – $8,000 buy?? New carpet, new paint, new furniture…perhaps a down payment?

If you know you are going to buy a home why wouldn’t you take advantage of this opportunity? NOW is the time to buy. Waiting …even if it is only 2 months could cost you. Right now, there is a Homebuyer Tax Credit. Right now, interest rates & home prices are low. Call today with any questions or search Tuolumne County homes for sale at www.goldenhillsrealty.com .

Take advantage of this historic moment.

You’re so right Robin. There’s so many reasons to take advantage of this incentive right now. I like hearing about first time buyers getting into a home during the right time and move up buyers being able to pay off their high interest credit card debt – all while taking advantage of great interest rates and making a good long term investment in real estate.

Paying off high interest credit card debt is an excellent way to use the credit. Thanks Ron!
